Who We Are
Deployment Strategies, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Robert C. Dean. Robert started his career handling local planning and zoning issues in the state of Ohio. In 1997, Robert began his work as a Site Acquisition Specialist and Zoning Manager, and has since completed the successful build-out of over 2,500 wireless sites. His vast experience in a multitude of markets across the country and high demand for his top quality work led to the creation of Deployment Strategies, Inc. in 2002. Deployment Strategies, Inc. is a certified vendor for numerous carriers and since 2004 has also been involved in the wireless industry for mergers and acquisitions. Robert also attended the University of Akron Business Management Program in Akron, Ohio

Deployment Strategies, Inc. is a full service Project Management, Site Development and Construction Management firm handling everything from Project Management, Construction Management, Site Acquisition, Zoning, Permitting, Due Diligence, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Just some of Deployment Strategies, Inc.’s clients include Crown Castle, SBA, American Tower, Globalive Wireless (Canada), General Dynamics, Nokia, TMO, Sprint and AT&T.
Experience
Since 2012 Deployment Strategies has been tasked to perform Construction Management and Construction Services with Nokia for DSI to improve T-Mobile’s networks 4G LTE, L2100, L1900, L700 , L600 and MM Wave 5G in various markets on behalf of Nokia with Crown Castle, SBA and American Tower. Since DSI has a knowledge and understanding of existing TMO
networks DSI can provide tools to speed the process in Construction Management and Construction Services.
